This http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_navbox_596184_ways?nodeId=596194 is the page with the informations you need; for each category, you can see two prices: "per shipment" means you have to pay that fare for each shipping (each total order); then, you have to add a "per item" fee, meaning you also have to add that fare for EACH item you order, in addition to the "per shipment" fare. For instance, if you order 10 books and choose Expedite Shipping, you have to pay the prices of the books, plus $6,99 ("per shipment") then you have to add $5,49 x 10 = $54,9. If you order items in different categories, the highest "per shipment" apply. Expedites Shipping are slower than Priority Courier, so it cost less. It's possible you have to add a surcharge if the package is oversized or too heavy. Some items are not available outside of the US or North America, etc, but this is clearly written down in the description of the item.
