I like small towns yet don't want to be too separated from bigger towns. Something with amazing views, and ocean close by preferred. Just town or city names. THANKS!

You're never really too far away from the sea or a city just about anywhere here in Italy. You might look at places like Polignano al Mare on the sea near Bari, just about anywhere on the Amalfi Coast, towns like Como, Stresa, Malcesine or Garda on the Italian lakes, somewhere in the area around Perugia, ... there are lots of possibilities.

in Marche you will have everything you want! we have sea and mountains so near to each other! also small cities ( with 800 people) are so much near to the big cities . Macerata Ascoli Piceno Ancona Fermo and so on !!

There is a lot i suggest you go to somewhere such as Rome and get something about 5-10 miles from there. and you will find a great place to live and the area there in Rome is very nice. Thanks
