i live in italy with a permit of stay to work and school. i dont need visa to EU ZONE i mean the 27 states. do i need a visa to turkey?? and also to norther cyprus?????

The European Union has countries not states. Yes you will need a visa since Turkey is not in the EU.

You need to get your sneaky a- back to Nigeria. Its beyond me how so many Nigerians are getting in the richer countries.
