If the polish person press charge, providing he has my bank details and my address, will the charges be notified to me even dou I live in another country? And if I don't receive anything, does it mean I'm not wanted/nobody pressed charges? thanks! After that the seller account wasn't suspended and after 4 months he hasn't received any notification yet...

The will file a dispute though EBay. Ebay can sue in ANY country in which they do business.

Bingo. And if he does end up pressing charges, it would be in Italian jurisdiction.
