Only if you were born in Italy or GB---if that's the case you can have dual citizenship, but I believe that you will have to apply for that with your parents. A friend of mine is German and she had her son in Italy by an Italian guy, and her son got German and Italian citizenship---living in Italy you derive it from Italian mother---if you lived in Britain, you'd derive it from your father. If your father doesn't live with you and your mother, contact the British Embassy in Rome. If you were born outside Italy and Britain you would derive your citizenship solely from your father---again, you'd have to contact the British Embassy in Rome. I am German, my Husband was American, and we have a son who was born in Germany. My son has dual citizenship due to the fact that I was German and that he was born in Germany and because his father was American. In Germany the American parent HAS to report the birth of any of their children to the American embassy. I am not sure if this rule would apply to the British. The best thing you can do is to inquire with the British Embassy---Good luck

Yes you can. You can get British citizenship either if you were born in Britain or if your father was. See the link below for more details.
