i want to live in italy when i get older, and i would like the countryside with not alot of cars/ traffic through but i dont mind if there is people around. i also want to do falconry there. is rome, venice, or sicily in the countryside? i was thinking maybe Tusany, but there seems to be too many tourists there, and the same for rome and venice. i would rather be around more italians

There are lots of great places to live here. Someplace like Ferrara on the train line between Bologna and Venice would be a good choice. It's a small city with a lot to see and do; it's known for festivals like the Palio, a big hot air balloon festival, and the busker festival. While you're in a decent sized city, you hit the countryside at the city limits here. Or, you may want a smaller village - there are hundreds of options all over Italy. Be aware that it is not easy to move to Italy legally unless you're from another EU country. This will require a lot of advance planning.
