I don't know about Italy or France, but if you want to live in Australia, you must qualify for skilled migration by having qualifications and experience in a highly skilled occupation listed as being in need of workers. If you are not highly skilled or if Australia doesn't need more workers in your occupation, you are not eligible to apply. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/_pdf/sol-schedule3.pdf The Skilled Occupations List (SOL) - occupations eligible for points tested visas for applicants without employer sponsorship http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/_pdf/ensol.pdf The Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List (ENSOL) - eligible occupations for applicants with formal employer sponsorship. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/ Visa information
